What we process and why

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, business email, company details (optional), the service you are interested in and your message, to review and respond to your request and, where appropriate, to discuss a possible engagement. Limited technical security logs may also be processed. We collect this information directly from you, through the form or your email, and through the systems that deliver and secure the website.

Depending on the request, the processing relies on Article 5(2)(c) or 5(2)(f) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where the GDPR applies, on Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f).

Who receives it

Information may be shared with providers of website infrastructure, business email and message delivery and security, and with authorised public bodies when the law requires it. Our website and mailbox are provided by Hostinger on servers in the European Union, so your enquiry is transferred from Türkiye to the European Union for hosting and email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last contact, unless the law or an actual engagement requires otherwise.

Your choices and rights

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and there is no consent box to tick: this notice is information, not a condition. You can exercise your rights by writing to hello@adsoodigital.com. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
